The Circle D Motel is an exclusive property where every guest reservation is both important and special to us.

PETS –Pets are allowed in selected rooms only. If you are bringing a pet with you you must call 435.826.4297 to make your reservation. An additional $25.00 fee with a $50.00 deposit will be added to your reservation.

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION – A credit card number is required for a confirmed reservation. Your card will not be charged until check in date.

CANCELLATIONS - If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us at least 24 Hours* prior to your arrival to cancel your reservation.

In the unlikely event that you must cancel with less than twenty-four (24) hours* notice, or check out early, please understand that we must ask you to take responsibility for your entire reservation. If we can rebook your room(s), a full or partial refund will be made, less a $45.00 processing fee.

Rates/policies are subject to change and vary during high impact periods and special requests. *A 30 day cancellation notice is required on whole house bookings and for some holidays and special events.

Check-In: 2:00 PM - 9:00 PM. Guests requiring a late check in must call by NOON of the day of check in to make arrangements for keys.

Check out time – for departing guests 11:00 AM

The Circle D Motel is a smoke free property. Absolutely No Smoking inside; however designated outdoor smoking areas are available. A Cleaning fee of $200.00 will be charged for any violation of this policy.
